Hip & Knee Pain

Hip Pain & Knee Pain

Hip and knee pain are treated regularly in our clinics. These range from treating and rehabilitating sporting injuries to arthritic / degenerative changes.

Sometimes pain in the knee is not coming from the knee itself but can be from an issue with the hip or the lower back to name just a few causes. We will therefore undertake a full assessment at your first appointment to ensure we identify the cause prior to treating you.

We can provide you with manual treatment, advice, rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle advice in relation to your hip / knee pain.

Hip and Knee pain we treat:

  • Great Trochanteric Pain Syndrome (GTPS) including Greater Trochanteric Bursitis, gluteal tendinopathies

  • Hip impingements (FAI)

  • Meniscal injuries

  • Patella issues

  • Sprains and strains

  • Symptoms associated with arthritic hips and knees

  • Runners knee

  • Symptom associated with Osgood Schlatters in those 12 years plus
