Shoulder, elbow and wrist pain are common among clerical workers, manual labourers and the sporting population to name a few.

We use our shoulders and arms all day every day to undertake almost every task including feeding and dressing ourselves.

Injuries to this area are common whether they be from sporting injuries, work related accidents, repetitive use or ageing in the joint to name a few causes. When treating the shoulder, elbow and wrist we must also look at the upper back, neck due to their intimate connections.
